A quick stop for gas and a run through the corn in grandpa Kelly's birthplace before the last stretch to our destination. We had a great swim and then the kids patiently wait for pizza in the hotel room.

Buffalo Bill

You don't see a 30 foot Buffalo Bill everyday. I guess, unless you live in North Platte, NE.

Nice

30 minutes in... we've already taken a wrong turn and stopped for a bathroom break.

The Plan

If all goes well, The seven of us will travel approximately 4000 miles, over twenty days, through fourteen states (some of them twice) and one district, not including Colorado. I think the math looks something like this:

7 x 4000 x 20 x (14+1) = about how many advil I will need to stay happy.

We'll see grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and dear friends.
